Returns

We accept international returns. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

  • You can return an item and get the full price refund or store credit within 30 days from the day of the receipt.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning any item/s using a trackable shipping method. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds – when we will receive your delivery you will be notified by email and see the reference to the credit for your refund.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your order date. Once your return is received back at our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

REFUND:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

Where returns are processed for store credit, a ATA gift card will be issued once your return order is in transit back to us, and sent to the email used to make the original purchase.

Order Changes:

  • Please notice that once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to the order, including changing the shipping address.
Customs Policy:
  • Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient which are collected at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund**
