Collection: ATA BLUE

Ata's Blue Collection began this time with the fabric. The fabric, dyed in a deep indigo hue and crafted in Japan, holds a special touch and color before it undergoes the transformative process of washing. Blue, for us, serves as a poignant starting point—a color that resonates deeply with Ata and serves as our immediate connection to the world of workwear.

In a world where workwear is often associated with the color blue, it symbolizes resilience and a dedication to getting our hands dirty. Blue for work, white for rest. These distinctions have given rise to terms like "blue collar" and "white collar". The garments we've created this time are the very essence of Ata. From the essential jacket to the work shirt, David's pants, and the unique cut of another necessary jacket, each piece tells a story of our ongoing dialogue with Ata, established in 1934. They are our personal interpretations of garments that have served as essential tools in the world of work. Each garment carries a name of someone dear to us, adding a touch of love and connection to our creations. Beyond David and Yasha, there are names like Naomi, Malki, Tamar, Cohen, and Avi, each representing a cherished relationship and a source of inspiration. It may sound unconventional, but by truly listening to the fabric, we allow it to guide us in creating pieces that not only look good but feel right. Our Blue Collection, given its name serendipitously, is a labor of love—a continuation of our exploration into the essence of workwear, the values it embodies, and the enduring connection we hold with Ata.
