1. Worldwide Returns
    We are happy to accept returns from anywhere in the world. You may choose to send your return to either our USA or Israel location, whichever is more convenient or cost-effective for you.

    Return Policy:
    • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item for a full refund or store credit.
    • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
    • Final Sale: Please note that items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
    • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Tracking: Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for lost return packages.

    How to Return an Item:
    1. Ensure your items meet the return conditions listed above.
    2. Important: Attach the original delivery papers inside the package.
    3. Choose one of the following shipping addresses to send your return:

  2. Time Frame: All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your order date. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment.

Refund Process:

  • Notification: We’ll notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return. This can take up to 5 business days from when your return tracking shows delivery.
  • Processing Time: If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times by financial institutions.

Store Credit: If you choose store credit, an ATA gift card will be issued once your return is in transit back to us and sent to the email used for the original purchase.

Order Changes:

Once an order has shipped, we can no longer make changes, including to the shipping address.

Customs Policy:

The recipient is responsible for paying any duties and import taxes at the time of delivery. These charges are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are not included in the total at checkout. If the recipient refuses delivery due to customs charges, the package will be considered abandoned by the shipping carrier, and we won’t be able to issue a refund.
