The sweater is knit in the style of traditional handmade sweaters from the Aran Islands off the west coast of Ireland, originally worn by fishermen.
Typically off-white in color, these sweaters feature cable-like patterns reminiscent of ropes.
Each pattern on the sweater symbolizes something unique, and every fisherman had a sweater with a distinct design, serving as their personal signature.
